We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Each piece must be in original packaging and condition. Custom orders are final sale.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Limited-edition and made-to-order items are final. We’ll always clarify this at checkout.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most mirrors ship within 2–4 weeks. Larger items may take longer due to custom finishing and inspection.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Standard shipping is complimentary within the U.S. White-glove delivery is available for select pieces.
